s 4Principal objects

The principal objects of the Perbadanan TAIB shall be —

(a)

to hold and manage the Hajj Fund and to formulate policies in connection therewith;

(b)

perform all banking, financing, commercial and investment operations and to establish and participate in industrial and economic development projects either inside or outside Brunei Darussalam in accordance with this Act;

(c)

to carry out such other objects as the Minister responsible for finance with the consent of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang

Di-Pertuan may, by order published in the Gazette, specify.
