s 11Meeting and decision of Board

(1)

The Chairman of the Board shall summon meetings as often as may be required but not less frequently than once in 3 months.

(2)

At every meeting of the Board, a quorum shall consist of three directors, and decisions shall be adopted by a simple majority of the votes of the directors present and voting, except that in the case of an equality of votes, the Chairman shall have a casting vote.
