Notwithstanding the provisions of section 1, the Minister responsible for religious affairs may, at any time before the date of the coming into operation of this Act, do all such acts and incur all such expenses as he may consider necessary in connection with the establishment of the
Perbadanan TAIB; and upon that date all such acts and expenses are deemed to have been done and incurred by the Board.
