No liability shall lie personally against the Authority, the Appeal Panel, an
Appeal Committee and their members or any other persons acting under the direction of the Authority, the Appeal Panel or an Appeal Committee for anything done or intended to be done in good faith and with reasonable care in the execution or purported execution of this Order.
