s 55Advisory guidelines

(1)

The Authority may issue written advisory guidelines and other guidance documents as it may consider desirable in respect of any particular provision of this Order.

(2)

Any guidelines issued under this section may be varied, amended or revoked by the Authority.

(3)

The Authority shall publish the guidelines in any way the Authority thinks fit, but failure to comply with this subsection in respect of any guideline does not invalidate the guidelines.
