21. Accuracy of personal data

An organisation shall make a reasonable effort to ensure that personal data collected by or on behalf of the organisation is accurate and complete if the personal data -
organisation
"organisation" includes any individual, company, association or body of persons, corporate or unincorporated, whether or not- (a} formed or recognised under the law of Brunei Darussalam; or (bJ resident, or having an office or a place of business, in Brunei Darussalam;
(a} is likely to be used by the organisation to make a decision that affects the individual to whom the personal data relates; or
(bJ is likely to be disclosed by the organisation to another organisation.
