The production of a Gazette copy of this Act, and such evidence of publication of the appointed day in the Gazette. shall for all purposes, be conclusive evidence of the transfer of the petroleum regulatory undertaking of the Company to the Authority and the vesting of the petroleum regulatory undertaking of the Company in the Authority in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
