s 32Pending proceedings relating to Company

Every proceedings. relating to any of the properties or liabilities

(including. without limitation, any assets, interests, rights. privileges and obligations) transferred to the Authority under section 30 pending or existing immediately before the appointed day, by or against the Company, or any person acting on its behalf, may be continued, completed or enforced by or against the Authority.
