His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may appoint any person to be a Licensing Officer, and any person so appointed by him by name or office, may issue licences for the purposes of this Act.
Licensing Officer
“Licensing Officer” means a person empowered by section 4 to issue licences for the purposes of this Act;
