Constitution
"Constitution" means Constitution of the Politeknik Brunei set out in Schedule 1;

Regulations made under the Constitution is not deemed to be subsidiary legislation.

"Board" means the Board of Governors of the Politeknik Brunei constituted in accordance with the Constitution;
