Ports (Dues and Rates) Notification, 1986

This Notification may be cited as the Ports (Dues and Rates)

Notification 1986 and shall be deemed to have come into force on 1st

January 1986.

The Director of Marine and the Controller of Ports shall levy the dues and rates prescribed in the Schedule hereto for the use of premises, works or appliances belonging to, and for services or facilities provided by the Marine Department or the Ports Depart­

ment, as the case may be, and for other matters prescribed in the said

Schedule.
