The Director of Marine and the Controller of Ports shall levy the dues and rates prescribed in the Schedule hereto for the use of premises, works or appliances belonging to, and for services or facilities provided by the Marine Department or the Ports Depart
ment, as the case may be, and for other matters prescribed in the said
Schedule.
