s 97General power to make rules

(1)

In addition to the powers conferred under this Act, the Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, make rules to carry out any of the purposes and objects of this Act.

(2)

In particular and without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), such rules may provide for the imposition and payment of such fees and charges as the Minister, with the approval of His Majesty the

Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, may deem expedient.
