s 11Power to make regulations

The Minister responsible for law* may, with the approval of His

Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, make such regulations as he may think expedient for regulating procedure under this Act and for prescribing the forms to be used and the fees to be paid in respect of proceedings under this Act.
