PREVENTION OF POLLUTION OF THE SEA
(COMPOUNDABLE OFFENCES) REGULATIONS, 2008
s 1These Regulations may be cited as the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea
(Compoundable Offences} Regulations, 2008.
Compoundable offences.
s 2
Any of the offences specified in the Schedule may be compounded for a sum not exceeding $2,000.
The offence punishable under section 22(5) of the Order may be compounded for a sum not exceeding $500.
