s 5Controller may order display of prices on any goods or class of goods

The Controller may by order published in the Gazette require any person who sells by retail any goods or class of goods specified in the order to exhibit clearly and conspicuously in such manner as may be prescribed, the price demanded by him for the sale of such goods and any person failing to comply with such order is guilty of an offence.
