Part IV · Rules for Administration of Property

Section 74

Any payment made under the provisions of section 73

shall be valid against all persons whatever, and all persons acting under the said provisions shall be absolutely dis-charged from all liability in respect of any moneys duly paid or applied by them under the said provisions.
