s 1Order-Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Protected Places (No. 2) Order, 2023 and shall commence on the date it is made.

s 2Declaration of protected place

The place specified in the first column of the Schedule, which is more particularly described in the plan specified in the second column thereof deposited in the office of the Surveyor-General, is hereby declared to be a protected place for the purposes of the Act.

s 3Authorities

The authorities specified in the third column of the Schedule are from whom permission to enter the protected place is to be received.
