PROTECTED PLACES ORDER, 2018

This Order may be cited as the Protected Places Order, 2018 and shall commence on the date it is made.

Declaration of protected places

2, The places specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto, which are more particularly described in the plans specified in the second column thereof deposited in the office of the Surveyor-General, are hereby declared to be a protected places for the purposes of the Act.

Authority

The authorities specified in the third column of the Schedule hereto are from whom permission to enter that protected place is to be received.

The Schedule to the Protected Places (Consolidation) Order is amended by deleting item 20.
