Protected Places Order, 2023

This Order may be cited as the Protected Places Order, 2023 and shall commence on the date it is made.

The places specified in the first column of the Schedule, which are more particularly described in the plans specified in the second column thereof deposited in the office of the Surveyor-General, are hereby declared to be protected places for the purposes of the Act.

The authorities specified in the third column of the Schedule are from whom permission to enter the protected places are to be received.
