s 72Prohibition of importation and possession of the virus of yellow fever

(1)

No person shall import into Brunei Darussalam or abet the importation into Brunei Darussalam of, the virus of yellow fever or any substance infected with the causative agent of yellow fever or shall be in possession of such virus or substance.

Any person who commits a breach of the provisions of this section shall be liable, on conviction before a Court of a

Magistrate to a fine of $10,000 and imprisonment for 2 years.
