s 45Books of notices to vaccinate and of certificates

(1)

Every Registrar of Births and Deaths shall keep a book in which he shall enter, in such form and manner as the

Minister directs, minutes of the notices of vaccination given by him, and every Deputy Superintendent shall keep a book in which he shall register the certificates transmitted to him.

(2)

Searches may be made at all reasonable times in such books, and a copy of any entry in the same shall be given upon demand under the hand of the Registrar of Births and

Deaths or of the Deputy Superintendent, on payment of a fee of

$5.
