If any person lands or brings or attempts to land or bring in or into Brunei Darussalam any animal or thing in contravention of any regulation made under this Act, such animal or thing shall be forfeited.
Forfeitures under this Act may be declared by a
Court of a Magistrate and all animals and things forfeited shall be dealt with as the Minister directs.
