(1)

The persons and activities specified in the Third Schedule are not required to be licensed under this Order.

(2)

The Minister may by order exempt any person or business or class of persons or class of business or profession from any of the provisions of this Order.

(3)

Any order made under subsection (2) may contain different provisions for different classes of person, of business or profession, or international business, or with respect to any provisions of this Order.
