s 11Validity of marriage not affected by registration or non-registration

Neither the registration of nor the omission to register any marriage shall affect the validity of the marriage, nor shall any error in the particulars recorded nor any omission to record any particular which ought to have been recorded affect the validity of the registration of the marriage.
