All rights, powers, duties and liabilities which were, immediately before the commencement of this Act vested in or imposed on Pehin
Laksamana Haji Taha shall, on the commencement of this Act, be vested in or imposed on the Majlis, save in so far as may be repugnant to the terms of this Act.
