The Majlis shall cause full and true accounts of the General

Endowment Fund to be kept and shall as soon as possible after the 31st day of December of every year issue and publish in the Gazette a report on the activities of the Majlis during the preceding year, together with a balance sheet of the General Endowment Fund as at the 31st day of December, an income and expenditure account of the said

Fund for the year and a list of the properties and investments of the said

Fund showing their cost price, if bought, and estimated value as at the 31st day of December.
