The President shall have general control of all deliberations and proceedings of the Majlis and shall be responsible therefore to His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan.
The Vice-President shall in the absence of the President exercise all the powers of the President and shall at all other times carry out such duties as may be allotted to him by the President.
