The Majlis shall have the power at any time to determine the boundaries of any mukim masjid and to amend or alter such boundaries. Any dispute as to the boundaries of a mukim masjid shall ordinarily be referred to the Judicial Committee for its opinion.
Judicial Committee
“Judicial Committee” means the Judicial Committee of the Majlis appointed under this Act;

“mukim” and “mukim masjid” mean the area prescribed by the Majlis in accordance with this Act within which a mosque is situated;
