The provisions of this Act apply, so far as may be, to all matters pending in the Courts of the Chief Kadi or of a Kadi when this Act comes into force.
Chief Kadi
“Chief Kadi” means the Chief Kadi appointed under section 45 and where the context so admits includes the Deputy Chief Kadi similarly appointed;
