Part 5, to such extent and subject to such modifications as may be prescribed, applies to persons embarked as passengers on board ships or aircraft of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan (not being persons who are subject to military law by virtue of any of the foregoing provisions of this Act) as it applies to persons subject to military law.

“prescribed” means, except in Parts 5 and 7, prescribed by regulations made by His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan*;
aircraft
“aircraft” means any machine for flying, whether propelled by mechanical means or not, and includes any description of balloon;
