s 4Investigation

(1)

If it is represented to the Commission by the Permanent Secretary or the Commissioner, as the case may be, that a complaint is lodged against a senior police officer alleging the commission by him of any misconduct referred to in the

Schedule, the Commission may cause an investigation to be made into the matter in such manner as it thinks fit.

(2)

For the purposes of sub-regulation (I), the Commission may appoint a body of police officers or public officers to conduct the investigation and to submit a report thereon.
