The Regulations specified in the Schedule to these Regulations shall subject to the provisions of paragraph 3 hereof be in force as written law in Brunei Darussalam as if the same had been expressly made by the Minister with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and
Yang Di-Pertuan pursuant to the powers conferred by the provisions of Section 114 of the Merchant Shipping Enactment, 1982.
