TRANSFER OF THE FUNCTIONS OF THE MINISTER OF LAW

It is hereby notified for general information that His Majesty The

Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan has directed that with effect from the 16th.

day of September, 1998 all the functions, powers, duties, privileges and benefits of the Minister of Law which have been transferred to or conferred or imposed on him by each of the written laws specified in the first column of the Schedule be transferred to the person specified opposite such written law in the second column of the Schedule.
