s 2Interpretation

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires -

"Authority" means the Safety. Health and Environment National

Authority established by section 3;

"Chief Executive Officer" means the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority appointed under section 10 and includes any person acting in that capacity;

"Fund" means the Safety, Health and Environment National

Authority Fund established by section 14;

"Minister" means the Minister responsible for the administration of this Act.
