The Authority may, in its discretion, appoint one or more committees for purposes which, in the opinion of the Authority. would be better regulated and managed by such committees.
The Authority may define or vary the terms of reference of the committees.

Subject to this Act and to the control of the Authority, each committee may regulate its procedure in such manner as the committee thinks fit.
