s 9Directions by Minister

( 1 ) The Minister may give to the Authority such directions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as he thinks fit, as to the discharge of its functions and exercise of its powers and the Authority shall give effect to any such directions.

(2)

The Authority shall furnish the Minister with such information in respect of the carrying out of its functions and its property and activities. in such manner and at such times as the Minister may reasonably require.
