s 14Safety, Health and Environment National Authority Fund

For the purposes of this Act, there is established a fund to be known as the Safety, Health and Environment National Authority Fund into which shall be paid -

(a)

such sums as may be paid to the Authority out of the general revenues of Brunei Darussalam;

(b)

such sums as may be raised by the Authority by loan;

(c)

all rents and proceeds of sale profits and income and other funds derived by the Authority directly or indirectly from the property belonging to the Authority;

(4 all such other sums as may be paid to the Authority.
