s 49Authorisation to register financing statement or financing change statement

(1)

A debtor who enters into a security agreement may authorise the registration of a financing statement and any amendments thereto.

(2)

The debtor may also authorise registration of a financing statement prior to the conclusion of a security agreement and such authorisation shall be signed by debtor.
