In this section, "regulations" means any regulations made by the

Authority under this Part in relation to collective investment schemes.

(2)

The Authority may, on the application or with the consent of any person to whom any regulations apply, direct that all or any of the regulations-

are not applicable to him as respects a particular collective investment scheme; or

(bJ are applicable to him, as respects a particular collective investment scheme, with such modifications as may be specified in the direction.
