Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in the Criminal Procedure
Code (Chapter 7), an Intermediate Court shall have jurisdiction to try any offence 1415
BRUNEI DARUSSALAM GOVERNMENT GAZETTE under this Order and shall have power to impose the full penalty or punishment in respect of any offence under this Order.
