s 108Grant of recognition to self-regulating organisation

(1)

If it appears to the Authority that the applicant satisfies the recognition requirements applicable in his case, the Authority may make an order declaring the applicant to be a self-regulating organisation.

(2)

The recognition must specify a date on which it is to take effect.
