(DESIGNATED COUNTRIES AND TERRITORIES) ORDER, 2020

s 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Securities Markets (Recognised Collective

Investment Scheme) (Designated Countries and Territories) Order, 2020 and shall commence on the date it is made.

s 2Designation of countries and territories

The countries and territories specified in the Schedule are hereby designated as countries and territories for the purposes of section 223.
