Section 22

The reporting entities must ensure that any price sensitive information is kept confidential within the reporting entities, if the disclosure of information would be unduly detrimental to the interests of the reporting entities or where the information to be disclosed is commercially sensitive.

In the circumstances referred to in sub-regulation (1), the reporting entities must deliver a notification requesting non-disclosure to the Authority without delay.
