(Development Control) Order, 1972, I, being of the opinion that the whole of the State of Brunei should be subject to developrnent control, hereby declare the whole of the State of Brunei to be a Develop-ment Control Area for the purpose of the Town and

Country Planning Regulations No. 1: Control of

Subdivision and Consolidation of Land, to be designated the 'Subdivision Development Control

Area'.
