TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING

(DEVELOPMENT CONTROL) ORDER, 1972

Declaration Under Section 3

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by Section 3 of the Emergency Town and Country

Planning Development Control Order, 1972, I, being of the opinion that the area illustrated on Misc.

Plan No. 11 7 deposited in the Survey Department,

Brunei, should be subject to development control, hereby declare the said area to be a Development

Control Area for the purpose of the Town and

Country Planning Regulations No. 3 - Control of

Development and Use of Land and Buildings, and to be designated the "Subok Development Control

Area."

Lots 1473 and 2255 shall bc cxcluded from the

Subok Developmcnt Control Area as they have already been included in the Main Road Develop-ment Control Area-Area 3, Jalan Kota Batu.

Misc. Plan No. 11 7 is also available for inspec-tion in the Town and Country Planning Depart-ment, Brunei.
