A Judge shall not enter upon the duties of his office unless he has taken and subscribed the oath of office in such form as may be prescribed by
Judge
“Judge” means a Judge of the Supreme Court and includes the Chief Justice, President of the Court of Appeal, Vice President of the Court of Appeal and Judicial Commissioner of the Supreme Court;
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan in Council.
