If any person is killed in endeavouring to arrest or to keep in lawful custody a person accused as mentioned in section 366, His Majesty the
Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may order payment by Government to the wife, husband. parent or child of the deceased of such reasonable sum or sums as compensation for the loss sustained.
