s 344Restoration of possession of immovable property

(1)

When a person is convicted of an offence attended by criminal force and it appears to the Syariah Court that by such force any person has been dispossessed of any immovable property, the Syariah Court may. if it thinks fit, order such property to be restored to the possession of the person who has been dispossessed.

Such order shall not prejudice any right or interest to or in such immovable property which any person is be able to establish in a civil suit.
