s 370Power of Religious Enforcement Officer and police officer to seize property suspected as outcome of sariqalz, hirabalz or glzasab

Any Religious Enforcement Officer may seize any property which is alleged or suspected to be the outcome of sariqah, hirabah or ghasab. or which is found under circumstances which create suspicion that

Cri~ninul Procedure Code an offence has been committed, and the Religious Enforcement Oacer shall forthwith report such seizure to the Chief Religious Enforcement Officer.

Any police officer may seize any property which is alleged or suspected to be the outcome of suriquh, hirubuh or ghusub, or which is found under circumstances which create suspicion that an offence has been committed, and the police officer, if subordinate to the officer in charge of the nearest police station, shall forthwith report such seizure to such officer.
